We have several open positions for the upcoming school year as some of our current volunteers transition to RTMS.

Meet monthly to help shape the direction of the PTC.
Duties include:
Assists the president(s) and carries out duties in his or her absence.
Coordinates, recruits and motivates the Committee heads and updating the Committee head spreadsheet.
Recruit Committee heads (via fliers, emails, meetings etc.) for the following school year prior to the end of current school year.

Organize 2 days of family breakfasts in fall or spring.
Source food and drinks, coordinate volunteers, setup and serve.
2 openings.
Co-ordinate with our spirit wear vendor on spirit wear options and designs.
Promote sales.
1 opening.
Organize and promote our free family movie event.
Source and serve refreshments.
2 openings.
Organize the student holiday store.
Work with vendor on store items, delivery and pickup.
Organize volunteers to help run the event.
2 openings.
Co-Chair our back to school event with the existing Co-Chair for her last year.
Organize raffle, promotion, concessions, and volunteers.
