About the PTC

The Parent Teacher Council is made up of parent and staff volunteers who work together to build, foster and support our school community. If you've ever volunteered to co-chair or work an event, or donated money: You're part of the PTC! 

The PTC Board is made up of parent volunteers who work throughout the year to organize the PTC as a whole. The PTC is then further broken down into event and committee co-chairs who help plan, recruit volunteer and run specific PTC event or committee.

• Host fun events to help build community like the Back to School Bash, Monet Night, Holiday Boutique and more!

• Fundraise to provide funding for school needs, such as new playground equipment, teacher grants, cultural arts and author assemblies and more!

• Support our teachers and staff by volunteering, providing food for conferences, and celebrating teacher & staff appreciation week!

The PTC Board meets every month with staff for 60 - 90 minutes to go over the past month, and plan the upcoming one. Meetings are open to any parent or staff who wish to listen or participate.

We will post the agenda the week of, and the minutes of the previous meeting as soon as possible. We will also post a zoom link for people who want to attend remotely.
